My online programs cater to individuals of all fitness levels, allowing you to customize your training according to your schedule and preferences.

My name is Viktoria Hogan, and I have been a personal trainer since the beginning of 2020. For years, I trained with clients in person, both at a gym and at clients’ homes. I saw clients 1on1, in small groups, and in large groups with all different types of goals. During the quarantine of COVID-19, I also trained people online in live sessions. What I noticed during these years is that there is a big need for movement and nutrition coaching, and although there are many trainers and coaches out there providing a service, there is a gap between the online exercisers and the clients able to pay for the personalized feedback during in-person training.

My goal is to fill that gap between the everyday person looking to get healthier and the person who can afford regular in-person training. It is also for people with very busy schedules who need to be able to workout whenever it fits their schedule, including moving their workouts around at the last minute. This fits people who don’t necessarily want a lot of interaction with a coach, but want to be able to have a plan, get form checked and have someone in their corner as they pursue their goals for a healthier self. So, what do I do? I create workout programs for my clients that are individualized to them. Their program will be uploaded into an app that provides a written description of the exercise and a video to show how it is done. The app allows you to record your weights, sets, and reps and will remember it for you for your next workout. I do monthly video check-ins (unless you prefer messaging only) and messaging in the app in between each new program.

However, the effectiveness of any workout regimen is incomplete without a parallel focus on nutrition. Tori Training emphasizes the relationship between resistance training, condition and good nutrition. Therefore, I have the option to add nutrition coaching with your regular training. This can be done either on its own or combined with training (recommended). As a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach, I try to look at the whole picture for your health. We will start where you are at, whether that means switching the Chick-Fil-A nuggets from fried to grilled or adjusting the grams of protein to hit your muscle gain goal. I believe in building habits over time and starting small. No constant food scale or restriction diets. Instead, my focus will be on regaining a good relationship with food and understanding your own hunger and fullness cues. For some people, this takes a little more practice than for others.
